MY ESSAY

Health related fitness is made up of 5 components, flexibility, cardiovascular endurance, muscle endurance,muscular strength, and body compsotion. Muscular strength is ability of a muscle to exert a maximal force through a given range of motion or at a single given point. Muscular Endurance refers to the capacity of a muscle to exert a submaximal force through a given range of motion or at a single point over a given time.Cardiovascular Endurance is the ablity to continue training the cardiovascualr system for a period longer than twenty minutes. Flexibility is the ability of a joint to move through a full range of motion and Body Composition is the ratio of lean body mass to fat body mass.
My activities is based upon flexibility since we are stretching certain muscles, it is also a cool- down stretches.Cool down stretches usually is up to 5 to 10 minutes jogging/walking which decreases the body temperature and removes waste products from the working muscles and 5 to 10 minutes static stretching exercises.
This reduces the chances of dizziness or fainting caused by the pooling of venous blood at the extremities reduce the level of adrenaline in the blood allows the heart rate to return to its resting rate.
What I will do during the summer to keep fit is go out for jogs which has to do with cardiovascular endurance. I want to improve my muscle endurance by doing sit-ups at least from 100-200 each day. I will go play varieties of sports such as, soccer, football, volleyball, baseball, basketball etc.
